I absolutely love the coast and living in the Arizona desert seems to intensify that love. Spending a week on the Oregon coast gave me so many opportunities to play with light, water, and sand in my pictures. Don't be afraid to play with the bigger picture or with the minute details on the beach.

I have the privilege of sharing my passion for photography with one of my sons. We have been cruising the countryside looking for "something interesting" to shoot. It's fun to bounce ideas off each other and find the jewels together. Photography is not just a one man show... share it!

What is more fun than snooping around a farm with all the old buildings, equipment, fences, etc?! I found details that had so much texture and color and interest for me that I'm sure I'm not done with this location.
